oh. i started fdoing kickboxing again. damn that shit hurts. been years since i did it. I mean comeone i used to work out like crazy back int he day. but wow. but i dont hurt anymore. I am starting to get toned again.I have refound that I really and i mean really enjoy physical hand to hand ocmbat.allin good fun though!ha
