[Setting the 3STP back on the desk, in a better position to see him fully; he's wearing a plain white dress shirt, and a thin tie. He smiles(He already was, meaning his smile merely widened here) and clears his throat to address the viewers.]

So, I've decided to open Paradise's first Mental Institution. I'll also field calls, and, I wouldn't entirely object to some assistance with the endeavor~
