Look, I know you guys wanna help out. Things are still pretty bad out there and Seireitei's mostly back on their feet. There are, however, no official orders to send anyone into Rukongai to help rebuild, clean-up, or protect. If you go, you go on your own time.
That said, I can't have everyone going off all the time and shirking duties here to go help out. You go out, that's fine. You come back exhausted, that's fine, too. But you still work here, exhausted or not.
