I'm not sure how well this antiquated device is supposed to work, but if you can hear, I appreciate some help.

Is there a trusted medical practitioner I can get a hold of? And more importantly, where can I find a firearms dealership at this time of the day? The... Phone book wasn't very helpful in that regard.
