[Edna's carriage runs through the valley.]
Edna: What are you doing?! Can,t you make this go any faster?!
Edna: And make sure that my other coaches are right behind you! Don't you dare lose them!
Edna: (There's no way I can let everyone see my trump card now. Not after hiding it for so long!)
Edna: (If I'm going to have to toss my best card, then I need to make sure it's gone for good!)
(I'll squeeze the life out of her with my own two hands and the truth will match the rumors at last!)
Edna: Hurry up! We need to get to the Sundome Abbey ruins faster! Beat your wings like an angel of death!
[Inside the abbey, the stairs lead to a dungeon with a lava pit.]
Clarissa: What in the...? You have to be kidding me...
Levin: A river of lava under the monastery? This is just too weird...
I mean, they might as well put up a sign saying "There's something here" while they're at it.
Ragnar: Well, think about it from the mistress's point of view...
The way she must see it, she doesn't care if anyone who's made it this far learns about her secret.
[Monsters appear in front of the door up ahead.]
Ragnar: And here they are, right on time.
Felius: It looks like they don't intend to let us escape with this bit of knowledge alive.
Labyrinthia: Still, we don't have any duty to do things the way the mistress wants them.
Clarissa: You're right. We won't let these get in our way!

Labyrinthia: Let's take a look at the Tactical Map we'll be fighting on.
Labyrinthia: We'll be starting here...
Labyrinthia: And the enemy line looks like this.
Labyrinthia: Handling these attacking units will be complicated by all the lava oozinga round the area... We won't be completely free to choose our own path here.
Job one will be to deal with any damage the lava causes our party members.
Labyrinthia: After that, the next priority is to deal with the Paigoels...
Labyrinthia: The ley points will play an important part in this battle.
Paigoels can raise their parameters using the energy from a ley point, but the elements of both monster and ley point have to match.
If a Paigoel tries to use a ley point he's incompatible with, he won't get any parameter bonuses... In fact, he'll sustain major damage.
Labyrinthia: Getting the paigoels to the right ley points will undoubtedly be the most effective approach to dealing witht hem.
A full-frontal attack isn't always the best strategy, you know!
[As soon as someone steps on a ley point...]

Royal Knights Captain Eisen: The Royal Knights are an iron wall that protects Elesius, Your Highness. As their comamnder, I cannot be felled so easily.
[Katrina hangs her head.]
Katrina: Thank you for what you did for me... I understand now that when I fail, people important to me, and the kingdom itself, are hurt as well...
Royal Knights Captain Eisen: That wasn't your fault, Your Higness. I was simply--
[She looks up and smiles softly.]
Katrina: Thank you, Eisen. Kind, gentle Eisen... I knew you would say something like that.
Katrina: But I understand it now. The civil strife that has been devastating Elesius is due in part to the failings of its royal family.
Royal Knights Captain Eisen: ...Princess Katrina...
Katrina: ...
Katrina: I...I think that I should go through with the Rite of Divine Coalescence.
Royal Knights Captain Eisen: You...Your Highness! That's...
Katrina: I understand that Charlton and Edna are trying to manipulate me for their own purposes.
Katrina: But the way things are now, nothing is going to change. And I haven't the power to change things, either...

Katrina: Everyone else is standing strong, fighting to protect Elesius...while I am little more than a reed wavering in the wind.
Katrina: I want to protect Elesius. Like my father... Like my sister!

Katrina: Going through the Rite of Divine Coalescence and becoming a princess medium will allow me to succeed the throne...
Katrina: That might give me enough power to hold back Charlton and Edna.

Royal Knights Captain Eisen: Having pledged my sword to the kingdom of Elesius...
Royal Knights Captain Eisen: I could not possibly ask for a greater honor than collaborating with you to protect this nation!

[The ground shakes.]
Labyrinthia: ...
Labyrinthia: Is this another trap? I don't have a very good feeling about this...
Clarissa: Let's hurry!
[Clarissa makes a dash across a bridge to reach the door on the other side. The ground continues to shake.]
Levin: Whoa!
[Levin trips and falls behind Felius.]
Labyrinthia: Compared to the others, this one is huge!
Raganr: The ceiling's collapsing! Watch out!
[The ceiling collapses, but the team is safe and the shaking stops.]
Labyrinthia: Whew... That was close! Is everyone all right?
Felius: Levin, are you hurt?
Levin: Thanks, Felius. I'm all right, but...
[They turn around.]
Felius: Clarissa, are you--
[They turn to see that the bridge has disappeared.]
Labyrinthia: The bridge... It's just...gone...
Felius: Cla...rissa...
Felius: Clarissaaaaa!!!
[The screen fades to black and the player is prompted to save.]
