[Katrina holds her hands together in prayer, eyes closed.]
Katrina: (O, swords of tooth and armor of scale... You whose power supports the world, and whose will protects Elesius...)
Katrina: (O Guardians... As a princess medium of Elesius, I beg of you to hear my words...)
Katrina: (I have no desire to rule Elesius.)
Katrina: (Dominion over a country is too great a responsibility for my small hands to hold...)
Katrina: (Were it to fall into my hands, I would have to let go of so many other important things...)
Katrina: (Despite that, must I still accede to the throne of Elesius...?)
Katrina: (O Guardians... As a princess medium of Elesius, I beg of you to hear my words...)
Katrina: (What is it that you desire of me? What is it that I should desire...?)
[Katrina opens her eyes and separates her hands.]
Katrina: ... I can feel the wind, growing ever stronger... Alexia...
[On the world map, a path forms to Elensia, marked with a red !. The party arrives before a blockade in front of the gates.]
Ragnar: I figured they weren't going to let us in without a fight...but now what?
Clarissa: There's no retreating now. This is a battle of wills...and there's nothing left to do but clash them against each other!
Labyrinthia: If I had to compare the two sides, I'd say we're like a bulldog trying to fight a war horse... Our chances of victory will fall with every passing moment.

Levin: You'll figure something out, right, Ms. Wordsworth?
[Labyrinthia steps forward and turns to them.]
Labyrinthia: Of course. I'm known for being a rather capable woman, you know.
Chevalet Blanc didn't get an invitation to the capital...so let's write one for ourselves, shall we?
Felius: ...And how do you intend to accomplish that?

Labyrinthia: Let's take a look at the Tactical Map we'll be fighting on.

Labyrinthia: My strategy is comprised of two important points...
First, don't defeat any of the units you engage. Instead, weaken them as much as possible, until they're just a hair's breadth from falling.
Labyrinthia: Second...build your party around high-MOV units.
Labyrinthia: Do you understand? Strike at the enemy until they're just about to die, and build a party of high-MOV fighters...
If everything goes according to plan, all we'll need to do is sit back and watch as the trap is sprung.
I'll have further orders when the moment comes, so make sure you're paying attention.
Are you ready for this? Again, be extremely careful you don't accidentally defeat your opponents!
Martial Guard Corporal Ilia: Don't let them set foot inside the capital! If they make it through here, the Martial Guard's name will be muddied for all eternity!
[When three enemies are in Crisis state...]
Martial Guard Corporal Ilia: Ergh...! They're stronger than I thought! With these injuries, I don't know how much longer we can...
Martial Guard Corporal Ilia: ...Open the gate! Fall back and regroup!
[The gate opens.]
Labyrinthia: ...The moment has come! No need to hold back any longer--storm the capital with everything you've got!
Martial Corporal Ilia: What?! They tricked us?!

Oh--and don't forget about the turn limit, everyone!

[The battle ends when either all of the enemies have been defeated within the turn limit or the group makes it past the opened gate. An illustration then shows the group standing in the city.]
Labyrinthia: Our path is now clear. All that's left is to save King Hrathnir and Princess Katrina from Elesius Castle in the center of the city!
Clarissa: The true battle begins now!
Clarissa: We shall return control of Elesius to King Hrathnir, and we shall return peace to the people! This I swear!
