made in PSCS2. translatable!! involves curves, colour fills and colour balance

Start off with your base. Now, this bast isn't too dark so I didn't feel the need for a screen layer but yours might. It ALL depends on your image.
Make a curves adjustment latyer.
RGB: 125:145
this brightens it up a bit with not overdoing it.

==>

Fill a layer with #d4b574 and set it to soft light

==>

Make a colour balance adjustment layer.
Midtones: 0,-23,-48
Highlights: -16,0,+35

==>

Fill a layer with #cfe1e7 and set it to colour burn

==>

Fill another layer with #9be5ff and set it to colour burn

==>

**You may not need two colour burn layers or you may need more. Play with it and maybe change the shade of blue around :)

Make a curves adjustment layer.
BLUE: 165:167 and 114:82

==>

and you are finished!!
Oh, and after colouring I usually go back to the screen layer and sharpen it [in this case the base] and then fade sharpen by 50% or lower.
