Happy Birthday Computer!

Two years old today and still going strong. What a beast. I'd like to thank those who were instrumental in her construction: my grandparents for funding her, Ed for troubleshooting, and of course, Austin for pretty much building the whole thing.

Keep on truckin little girl.

Ah, they do indeed.... Mr. Lappy is about to turn two as well, in a little over a month.

Does your computer have a name? My old laptop was named Larry. Larry Laptop. The one I have now is Mr. Lappy.

they do grow up very fast. i remember when she was just components all over my bedroom floor, and look at her now.

and as far as a name is concerned, i have always called her The Beast when something goes wrong with her. she can be a real beast to deal with. so i think that is as close to a name as she has.

why is your computer a little girl?

little because it is only two years old. a girl because everything is a girl...machinery and stuff...always called female.

or its a girl because sometimes shes real finicky, i cant get her to work, and i cant tell whats wrong with her becasue she wont tell me.
