Yah, quitting the smokes would be a good idea, i've been trying to get nel to quit, but i know it takes alot more.

I say it alot as well, i am around fags alot though lol.

Yah he used to be a heavy smoker, but he and i made a pact, that he cuts it down to one smoke a day, and i cut it down to one pill a day, and then we eliminate it totally. I just hope i can survive heh.
