 Aaaaand GOALLLL!!!

HELL YEAH!!!

179.8, people, that's .2 below my goal for the month. And, considering that it's only the 19th, I'm going to try and lose, hmm... 4 more lbs, so I'll be 176 on Halloween. Because I know that my weight being where it is is mostly because of not eating and dehydration. So if I lose 4 more lbs... WHEN I lose 4 more lbs, I'll consider myself having safely reached my goal.

See? It's not so hard. I slipped up a couple times this month. Not to the extent that I overate, but that I ate enough to 'break even' as I say: the same amount of calories as I predict I burn. Actually, I think I might burn a little more than I use in my calculations. I use 1800, just to be on the safer side. But I should make my limit my predicted metabolism for my goal weight.

My UGW at the moment is 112... so... BMR 1300ish... times activity factor 1.375= 1787.4. Now that just seems like an outright lie! I'm going to check somewhere else... Oh, well, no, I guess I'll just use the sedentary activity factor, which would have me burning about 1560 a day. I'll call that 1500.

Soooo 1500 is my daily MAXIMUM. If it's any more than that, I can't consider myself having 'broken even.'
