(no subject)
last night i had a pleasant surprise at work. i didn't really want to go because i thought i was going to have to close with mike. which isn't bad. i like mike. he's a cool guy. we just don't really have a lot to talk about so it makes the shift go even slower and makes it more boring. but when i pulled up today i saw that depsina was working. and that made me really happy becase she has to be my favorite person to work with. so we spent the next 5 1/2 hours talking about music, movies, gay marriage, and tons of other things. the shift went by really fast even though it was a really slow night. it was awesome.
i hope today stays sunny because i got my paycheck last night. so i want to go fill up my gas tank and do what i love to do on a sunny day. take a nice drive through the country. maybe i'll pick up some lunch and go to a park and read or something while i'm out there. i'll listen to my music and just relax. it'll be a nice little break from everything. maybe i'll even turn off my cell phone. ...hmmm...
oh and guess what was on my car last night? FROST!! what is THAT about?! it's the beginning of november. i'm not used to it being this cold when it's not even winter yet. i'm not complaining because i LOVE winter and the cold weather, it's just strange.
