No Place Like Home
And thus ends my first visit home.
I saw I Heart Huckabees. Still don't know what I think about it. It was funny, but trippy.
I also saw Serenity for the second time with my mom, who was blown away by the awesomeness of it. Gonna see it again.
Lots of new clothes. Even skirts. Yes, skirts. I am a girl, you know. I got new boots too so I'm all set for winter. I may freeze again, but I'll look good, damnit.
I did all my traveling by myself. I'm very proud. I bought a new stuffed animal (wolf of course) at the National Geographic Store. It howls when you squeeze it. ^_^
Took a taxi to school that got lost. Grrr. I think I'll just have the next one go to the nearest subway station if I fly again. Speaking of which, take off was cool. I've always gotten jittery during that initial vertical climb but I was listening to The Ghost of You and Breath Me when the plane was goin' down the runway so it was cool.
Well, I'm hungry now and that's all.
O and I got Johnny the Homicidal Maniac (Director's Cut). I forgot how sick and funny it was.
