Grim wants to try it again. And I have a very good feeling about it this time.
Probably because the day after he asked me to send him character descriptions I was only a day late. Which is rare. Because for one, I'm a procrastinating son-of-a-bitch. And two, I've actualy been kept so busy with school work, as well as paying the bills to actualy sit down and play XI with Mel finish off Sly3 or get through another story of Kingdom Under Fire; Heroes because I'm a big Irish geek like that.
So he's going to sketch out The Groog, Rob, Doc and our characters and I'll then give him models for Sie and two others. Before I turned in I told Mel of how I'm changing the original Change In My Pocket (CMP) story around and she's actualy really excited. I always make that mistake of eventualy telling her the nice juicy parts she drags out of me with her tail wagging excitement.
I told her how the profiles for each character are going to be taken as New Jersey driver's licences. For Greg it'll have the top of his head, then him jumping up in the next shot. Rob will have one dialated eye for his first shot, second will be him yelling something, third will be the camera lense cracked and lying on the floor at his feet.
The rest will follow suite to each individual's personality.
Going out for a drink tonight after work with Bryan, Kyle and some of thier friends. Kyle'll be picking me up from the Texaco after I drop off my car for a tune up and we'll head over.
As for the comic I don't know how Jay wants to do it. I'll be writing out chapters, then I'll modify the segments that he wants to use for the illistrated version of the chapters.
All in all I think this is going to be a great project for us this November through ??? for when I have off from school to get this going.
