Importing/Exporting Loved Ones.
Just got home from cruising the island with Grim looking for winter rentals. Found a few nice places. A lot of big places for cheap.
The plan is to settle in their for the winter, get Mel's cute little rear back here next month for keeps and use that place as a temporary base of operations to find a more suitable/permanent nesting ground for the three/four of us.
Mel has been working doubles to pack her pocket with more money. She's thinking of bringing her friend with her for the ride so she isn't alone. Problem is her friend is a bit of a dishonest ameba friend. Someone who molds around the immediate party to fit in. So once they get here I'm going to work double hard to send her back to Texas. >>
This'll be hard of course at first with the grocery shopping and budgeting and actualy having to have to learn to cook. But I know the three of us can handle it. We're all hard workers and I've been looking for zines to submit my work to still. Sent out a few inquiry letters last night after my post.
