So - with visions of a wedding dress and a honeymoon on a tropical beach dancing in my head (12 months!), I've been working on getting myself back in shape. Unfortunately, I have the sort of body that feels that it should be totally prepared to face a 6 month famine while pregnant, at any moment - meaning that if I stop working at it EVER, my curves quickly get curvier. But about three years ago, when I WAS working at it, I felt toned and well-shaped and I really liked it. I could lift a respectable amount, I was flexible and energetic, and I was wearing a good dress size for my height.
With my weight goal based on what I weighed then - I'm 25% of the way there as of last night! With muscle gain!! I'm very pleased :)
