Doctor Who, Tolkien, ASOIAF, Harry Potter, Star Wars (original trilogy and EU only...) Firefly, Sherlock, Mad Men, Spaced and Black Books.
Characters you like, ships you sail etc.
Love the Ponds, the Doctor (classic and New Who); folks from Dorne, Tyrion, badass Tyrells; Lupin, McGonagall, Luna and Professor Lockhart; X-Wing pilots (especially you, Wedge), Han, Boba Fett and Talon Karrde.

Ships: Eleven/River, Eleven/Amy, Amy/Rory, Wedge/Iella, Mal/Inara ... and that's it really. I've never shipped anyone together in HP, which is a bit unusual.

Other non-fannish interests: Writing, baking (I post my creations on weekends!), travel (backpacking), reading (favourite authors are Irvine Welsh and Haruki Murakami) classic rock and Bronze Age history!

I actually warmed up the prequels a little after I did this retrospective/Heroes Journey analysis thing back in December. I made up discussion questions and everything. It was fun! Also, I dunno if you've read the novelization for Ep. 3, but it's AMAZING.

Irish and World History mostly, but bits of the Holy Roman Empire, history of health and medicine, WWI/II that sort of thing :)

I used to do a bit of independent reading about those - morbid curiosity, I think.
