It's officially autumn! I love this time of year - maybe it'd be nice to take a trip up to the mountains in a few weeks to see the leaves changing. I'll have to keep that in mind.
While it's certainly nice to own my own home, I admit that it's hard getting used to not living in a complex that would do maintenance and the like for you. Perhaps I spoiled myself. Ah well, I suppose it's nice to learn now!
Shoe's doing wonderfully - he really likes the new place! I was worried that he'd have trouble getting acclimated, but that seems to have been hardly an issue at all, actually.
