Honestly...

This 'City' is called that and has no other name I know of...not that it matters. It's not your world, as you know it and it's extremely dangerous in some respects. If there are people you know--I see there are--it's probably most helpful to you to ask them...perhaps they can explain it better.

...but in case it happens before you get to ask...there are curses here that may or may not affect you on a day to day basis. If suddenly you are acting out of the usual or have strange affectations, it is probably the work of a curse and it usually ends by midnight...
