Inukshuk are better than milestones, but milestones are better than gallstones
* As of two days ago, J and I have been married for one year! <3 <3 <3 We opened the bottle of white wine we kept from the wedding, not knowing if it would still be good. It was, and we enjoyed every drop! We plan to open the red on our 5th anniversary :D Our full-on celebration was last weekend, at Karma (forest psytrance festival). So freakin awesome. Three full hours of Spacetribe, and so much more!
* I'm finished all my classes for Environmental Protection Technology. Now all I have to do is my final co-op work term, then I graduate! Pretty incredible, especially when I think of how long it took me to get my physics degree.
* AAAND... I got a job for my work term! It's with a local environmental company, doing environmental sampling and testing for a lake remediation project. I'm so excited! It's exactly the kind of practical fieldwork I was hoping for. I'm going to learn so much! It will be hard work, and sometimes the weather will be nasty. And I am so up for it.
