Have made safe landfall in Begma, and am writing this for return on packet in morning. City much the same, though News is currently about Scandal Rocking Government. Have been cloistered with Committee all day, only now able to write. Exhausted by inquiry, endless Demonstrations required. Expected that Progress must face Strictest Scrutiny and All Due Diligence, however. Optimistic for successful evaluation, if Committee finds no reason for Justified Denial.
Will be returning to Amber morning after Evaluation is completed; expect another two days. Miss you terribly. Shoulder much better. Chrysanthemum has decided she wishes to be a Scientific Adventurer in the Mode of Lady M-. Yours,
