This time next week I'll be on plane to Chile. We have something like 10 shows to play down there. I'm pretty excited. I'm almost done with my Spanish class, and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to actually practice speaking. I'm also excited about opening for reggae legend Gregory Isaacs at the Pheonix in March. Nervous as well. We're playing at the Orbit Room the night after that, which I'm also pretty nervous about. 5 bands had gigs last week, and at the end of it I was down a patch chord, a power cable, and a tuner. On my birthday I woke up after 5 hours of sleep in Sudbury and drove 4 1/2 hours back to Toronto with the All Day Breakfast. I'm 23 now, a prime number.
