Nerd thought: I love "Caprica" but I'm still disappointed they made the human forerunner to the Cylon faith straight up monotheism. That was cooler as a Cylon origination. The terrorist sect & their faith from Gemenon could have been Mithraism (referred to in Battlestar as a minority sect) and been dualists, and then the AI could have the revelatory perspective of realizing that "light" and "dark" were two sides of the same thing, and there was only One God who was God of All.
