WHY is it so hard to find a placement I will actually enjoy?!
I want to go abroad and work for a publishing company. That is my ideal goal.
However I'm prepared to settle for a marketing or general management job anywhere in a company that is actually interesting. I think it would be a waste of a year if I spent it in a company I didn't feel passionate about. So far only one placement on my universities database has caught my eye and I've applied but they probably won't get back to me until the end of January. I've applied for two in the UK but I really couldn't stay in the UK. Seriously, it would kill me. I've send out a lot of speculative e-mails to companies but they obviously have a lot of e-mails to get through. It's just frustrating because I really do need to find a placement soon. Now I must leave my frustration and go back to my revision.
One exam down and two more to go, I can do this.
