moon1084- Song fic, based on the song Breathless by Shayne Ward | My all time favorite song :'D
If our love was a fairy tale, I would charge in and rescue you
On a yacht, baby, we would sail, To an island where we'd say I do
And if we had babies they would look like you, It'd be so beautiful if that came true
You don't even know how very special you are
Yunho always loved fairytales and believed in them. He believed that Cinderella’s lost shoe was faith’s way of bringing her back to her prince. He knew that the dwarfs’ destiny was to help Snow White meet her Prince Charming and he believed in the reality of the Bell that could snatch the Beast’s heart with her kindness. He himself wanted to live in a fairytale. One he actually had a vision of his own. He didn’t want a fairytale that would make him meet someone special because he had already found that special someone.
His dreamy eyes followed his lover’s every graceful movement, bright smiles and loud melodious laughter. His slim figure was a miracle in its own, perfection that only God could create. His hair was dark as the black night, soft like silk. His full lips were soft like the clouds and pink like flowers. His skin reflected the shining sun and shone in the darkness of the night. He was simply beautiful. His perfection nudged Yunho’s soul and invaded his senses leaving him completely breathless.
Yunho’s smile grew wider, his eyes dreaming of the same tale he’d been dreaming about ever since he had fallen in love with Jaejoong. He always dreamed of sailing with Jaejoong away on a yacht, to an unknown island where no one lived but them. He always dreamed of the day they would be blessed by God, of the day both would say ‘yes’ and combine their present and future. He dreamed of a house on a golden sandy beach, where he lay on a towel watching his lover playing in the water with a little look-alike child.
Oh how he wished to have children that would look just like him. White skin, black hair, pointy nose and plump lips; the perfect combination for his future children. To have his lover and children surrounding him was a dream he wanted to make real. He wanted to take Jaejoong’s hands and entwined it with his so they could sail together and achieve his and their dreams. Jaejoong was special, and he didn’t realize exactly how special he was to Yunho.
You leave me breathless, You’re everything good in my life
You leave me breathless, I still can’t believe that you’re mine
You just walked out of one of my dreams
So beautiful you’re leaving me Breathless
Yunho woke up from his daydream to look for his lover. He found him sitting on a chair, long lean legs crossed, elegant hand holding a cup of water and soft lips drinking the transparent liquid. The simple image took Yunho’s breath away. Jaejoong’s body was emitting a glow that captured Yunho’s eyes, mind and soul. He looked nothing like the perfect imagine Yunho drew in his dreams of his future lover but instead, he was beyond his imagination. He was a person who was not from this world, his every detail was beautiful and he took Yunho’s breath away.
And if our love was a story book, We would meet on the very first page
The last chapter would be about, How I’m thankful for the life we’ve made
And if we had babies they would have your eyes, I would fall deeper watching you give life
You don’t even know how very special you are
Jaejoong put the cup of water on the side table and raised his head to meet Yunho’s eyes. He smiled brightly and extended his hand for Yunho who could do nothing but walk ever so eagerly to take that hand in his. He lowered his head to plant a kiss on the back of Jaejoong’s hand, squeezing it in his and warming it up.
“You’re cold,” He whispered cupping Jaejoong’s hands and rubbing them between his palms.
“The water was cold,” Jaejoong answered, his voice so gentle it moved Yunho’s heart.
“What do you have here?”
“Oh this?” Jaejoong chuckled, taking the book laid on the table in his hand. “It’s a book! A romantic novel, wanna read together?”
The smile Jaejoong threw sent a wave of warmth down Yunho’s body and he couldn’t help but smile back and agree. They curled up in the corner of the couch; Yunho laid down, Jaejoong settled between his legs. The book in Jaejoong’s hand opened and he read its content loud enough for the both of them to hear. Romantic scenes were read, cheesy and corny. Both giggled as the heroin initiated a kiss to the man who stole her heart.
“That’s romantic,” Jaejoong said as he tilted his head with a smile.
“That’s cheesy,” Yunho rubbed his nose against Jaejoong’s.
Jaejoong couldn’t do anything but giggle and plant a small kiss on Yunho’s lips. Yunho welcomed him, kissed him back and held him closer, running long fingers along the side of his body. Jaejoong shifted and their lips molded in a deeper kiss. They broke the kiss just to gaze at each other’s eyes and exchanged warm smiles.
Jaejoong turned back and continued reading, not knowing that in Yunho’s heart, he was the one who created Yunho’s story. The story of their love that Yunho promised to tell to his children and grandchildren when they grew older together.
You must have been sent from heaven to earth to change me
You’re like an angel
The thing that I feel is stronger than love believe me
You’re something special
I only hope that I’ll one day deserve what you’ve given me
But all I can do is try, Every day of my life
Time passed and before the story ended, Jaejoong’s eyelids closed. His head rested on Yunho’s chest, as his book lay open on his chest. Yunho ran his hand in Jaejoong’s black hair; it ran smoothly between his fingers. He lowered his head and as gently as he could, he pressed a kiss on his head. He relaxed his body and wrapped his lover in his arms protecting him from any cold that could attack him.
Cold.
That was him before they met. He couldn’t believe how much he had changed. He found it incredibly magical how his heart that accepted no one before he welcomed Jaejoong in without the man even trying. He could still remember their first meeting, the day that perfect man had turned his life upside down. Jaejoong had taken the cold man within him and replaced it with a warm lovable one. He took that cruelty in his heart and planted mercy. He buried the selfish him and gave him his treat of selflessness. Jaejoong had changed him and by changing him, he had changed his life.
Yunho stared at his lover’s sleeping face. It was peaceful, beautiful and perfect. He was an angel. Yes, he was an angel sent from heaven to change him and create a life he thanked God for having, every passing second. Jaejoong was not just anyone. He was someone he loved from the bottom of his heart, loved with all his life. His love was so immense that he was ready to give up his life for him. He was so thankful that Jaejoong loved him and he wanted nothing but his love. He had thought so many times of how to repay this man, his man, for the happiness he gave him. He didn’t know whether he deserved such happiness from JaeJoong or was it too much for him.
He could only promise that he would try to be the perfect boyfriend, husband and father in the future. He would try and try and try, for the rest of his life.
You leave me breathless, You’re everything good in my life
You leave me breathless, I still can’t believe that you’re mine
You just walked out of one of my dreams
So beautiful you’re leaving me Breathless
The day was folding, the sun was sitting. Yunho took one last look at Jaejoong’s face. He wanted to wake him up and take him to their bed so he could rest, but he couldn’t find the heart to wake him up from his peaceful sleep, especially now that his man was smiling in his sleep from the dreams he was having. He lowered a leg on the floor, gathered his lover in his arms and lifted him up. The moment he stood, Jaejoong opened his eyes. He bit his lower lip, cursing himself for disturbing his man’s sleep.
Jaejoong smiled, wrapped his arms around Yunho’s neck and rested his head in his neck. He let out a small chuckled and tightened his arms around his man.
“I was dreaming,” He said.
“Sorry,” Yunho whispered kissing the top of Jaejoong’s head.
Jaejoong nuzzled his neck and chuckled again. “Pabo. My reality is better than my dreams.”
“Hm?”
“You’re my reality,” Jaejoong said jumping slightly to adjust his forearm in Yunho’s arms.
Yunho put Jaejoong gently on the bed and straddled his waist. He cupped his face and smiled.
Jaejoong tilted his head and kissed the palms of each of Yunho’s hands. “I love you,” he whispered.
Yunho’s reply was a kiss that took Jaejoong’s breath away. Because it wasn’t fair for him to be the only that was breathless.
Breathless
