Born and raised in London, Devon became a Hunter in her early twenties in a time when she was desperate for cash and couldn't find a job. She discovered an unexpected talent for and enjoyment of the hunt. Presently she has a contract with an Auction House in San Francisco.
Nearly ten years on the Hunting scene has given her a reputation as dependable and one of the best. Other Hunters respect her, while seeing her as cold and unapproachable, an attitude she's developed over the years to gain respect as a woman in a field dominated by men.
Devon is focused, ruthless, and dangerous when crossed. Anyone getting between her and her target had better be prepared to defend themselves.
For the most part, Devon prefers her own company to that of others. She has little in common with people she meets, in the job or out of it. Other Hunters are too loud and brash, and normal people are easily intimidated by her.
