trying to get back into shape..
This morning (AFTERNOONISH)
130 crunches - good but a far cry from the 1000 I used to do, but I'm older and out of shape since I had to quit dance :(
10 push-ups - good for me
Short stretch
and then rest... out of breath
Damn this was easier when I was 18 :-P
