Summary: Adam never thought he’d get involved with a military guy, but once he meets the out and proud Marine 1st Lt. Michael Fitzharris all bets and assumptions are off. There’s only one problem, Michael has a medical retirement from the military, and with good reason. This is the story of how they met and nearly broke themselves and each other it is also the story of how, with support from friends and family, love and effort, they started to heal.

A/N 1:Written for prompts at Glam_100 on LJ  / Glam_100 on DW   : Dream, Sight, Sound, Taste, Smell, Touch

A/N 2:This started out sweet and steamy but Michael knew more than he was telling when he came to life. The five stories that follow Michael’s introduction deal with PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, war wounds, and the consequences that can come out of being in a relationship with some dealing with all of that. There is some violence in one story and the rest are Michael and Adam (eventually Tommy, facing up to what happened and how to move on afterwards.
