Glam Kink Summer Fic Fest - mid-fest update!
Well, we're halfway through the fest, and it's been a blast so far! We've had 70 (holy crap!) new fills in the last week, everything from porn to crack to fluff to angst, in all sorts of different pairings. Amazing work, everyone!
The fest will run for one more week, until 11:59 PM EST on Monday, July 11. I hope to see everyone keep writing! \o/
There is one little thing I would like to address - nothing major, more an annoyance than anything, but as it seems to be getting worse and not better I wanted to make a note of it.
Let's say you want to leave a comment on a fic, making its author super happy and leaving you with a lovely sense of accomplishment. On a standard LJ entry, you'd just click "leave a comment." But since in a kink meme, the fics are actually in comment threads themselves, it's a little different.
Here, I made a reference picture - if you're ever not sure which button to click, just come back to this post to remind yourself!
Easy enough, right? Hopefully this will help all comments go to the right thread. I will continue to delete any comments left in the wrong place.
