glammetalkitten was saying on Twitter that she missed the Good Old Days of LiveJournal when our friends lists were buzzing with posts, fannish glee and fic. You know what? I do, too! So I thought I'd at least post and say so. And maybe talk about some geeky things and entice her back...
I have seriously fallen behind in my comic reading. I am pissed off at DC

LOL! Um yeah, my mates round these parts never judge me for my smutty slash lovin' ways. I'm pretty sure a bunch of my rl peeps would disown me if they knew... y'know right after they recovered from their collective heart attack. XD
What are you watching these days?
Oh gosh! Okay, so my favourite show of all time has started again recently- The Walking Dead, so I'm obsessing over that A LOT atm. Other's include, Supernatural, Ghost Hunters(I have a massive jones for Jason Hawes. I can't help it, he's SEXY... say the woman who is only usually attracted to androgynous boys and girls. =P ), Survivor (ALWAYS!), American Horror Story, but to name a few. Oh and I LOVE my train-wrecks too so Jersey Shore and it's ended now, much to my unhappiness, The Real Housewives of New Jersey - OMG, the LOLs! I know it's trashy TV, but I can't help myself, shit is FUNNY!
Oh! But al time favourite shows, after The Walking Dead are Torchwood (I might be a little bit in love with Captain Jack (the character more so than the actor John Boarrowman... not that I don't adore him too though, but Capt. Jack... *swoons*)), and Doctor Who. I'm a ten girl myself. Try as I may, I cannot get on board with Eleven. After two and half season I'm still not buying him as the Doctor. =(

I'm a massive Doctor Who fan, too! Seven is definitely my favourite, but I am a big fan of Eleven, too. He reminds me a lot of Two. I was unsure about him in his first series, but have grown to love him. I think it helps that Lucas has started to watch with us, too! (Most of the Christmas special was filmed in Bristol rather than Cardiff, so we get to have an extra layer of fun in spotting all the locations!)
I liked Torchwood before the Americans got their hands on it. I thought it was an absolutely dire storyline which was stretched paper thin over too many episodes. S2 of Torchwood was the best, I think. (Loved the Captain Jack & Captain John eps.)
