"Those issues"? They have to do with you, because you're alive and here.
Certain people - or a certain person - speaking the words is not what makes them applicable to your life or the lives of those around you. "They" exist already! Problems do not dissipate and reappear by virtue of someone famous touting their existence, buddy. You don't get to decide whether or not other people care, and "these aren't REAL issues" - those - "they" have to do with you, too.
Issues don't become real by the grace of a presidential candidate. Real when discussed in fiction, real when discussed in politics that are not national, real all the time, real already, and they have to do with you.
Get over yourself.

Now I've said that to a bunch of people uninvolved about someone I doubt I'll be speaking to on a regular basis in the foreseeable future!
There was...business about 'not even caring about REAL issues these fake ones they are BORING!!!!!'...the 'fake' issues being fiscal conservatism and offshore drilling and education reform and rights of privacy discussed in a fictional medium.
It pissed me off a bit.

I have to pack/prepare for packing. And measure my room (the one at school), because last year the dimensions I was sent lied by about ten square feet. Which I didn't do today. And...stuff. Basically, I have to do things I haven't done. SHOCK ALL AROUND.
Distance bites. [/shocking news of newness]
Well.
