I hate it when I get like a week behind. Therefore I’ll keep it short for everyone’s sake, that is as much for yours as it is for mine.

I decided not to try walking to school again. But its okay b/c I found parking quickly enough.
Wednesdays mean speech in the morning. The prospect of my first speech terrified me, mostly because I had no idea what to write about. It was an introductory speech, though it couldn’t contain details of your personal life. The class itself, however dragged on forever. After class, Jordan acknowledged me in the hallway. He said something like “I’m liking college better than high school.” I’ll agree in time perhaps. I went home after class and diddled around until 11:15. When I got to class it was really crowded and I couldn’t find a seat. I felt like a total idiot. But more than anything I was mad because Alex or Bro could have at least offered to give up his seat for me. Some gentlemen they are. If Tom was there he would have done it for any girl. Grrr. Mr. Gordon did find a random seat for me and for that I was thankful. So my took my seat on the end next to some preppy girl that gave me odd looks for daring to sit near her. I really like Mr. Gordon, but he is quite possibly one of the most boring teachers ever. I think part of it is the material. I feel like im in Algbra II from last year all over again. I couldn’t stand it any longer and began working on my homework after the break. I finished it before class was over. It made the time fly. This is what I plan to do in class for now on. Maybe this class won’t be bad at all.
Alex talked with Mandy and me at break, sorta odd. But then again everything about that kid is. Caitlin talked to me after class. She is seriously the sweetest girl on the planet. I found it funny/intriguing that according to her that Kayla, Jen and the gang were mad at Natalie for not inviting me (so to speak) into their group. I don’t know if she was just being polite or really meant it. Hmm After school our carpet was cleaned. I love having clean carpet. Its one better than clean sheet day. The big spot where I flooded half my room with my swamp cooler is now gone. I took a three hour nap which was quite wonderful. Afterwards I started reading my history book, which I enjoyed maybe a little too much, until I realized they couldn't write for beans. As for my First Aid book, it reads like something the DMV published.

Thursday has its pros and cons. Con: I get between three and four hours of sleep. Thursdays I have to get up at six to be at school by 7:30 to get parking and a seat in class. Pro: I’m out of school by 10:30, then I can come home and sleep lol. Not a lot to say about my history class, just that its strikingly similar to my World History class freshmen year. I think it might even be easier. Again, I hate getting a second rate education. Class got out early so I had like an hour in between, so I read outside the first aid room. In first aid we had to practice the heimlich maneuver on each other.(But we can't call it the heimlich maneuver because Mr. Heimlich who created it thinks the Red Cross is trying to steal the name from him). I got paired with this super tall creepy guy. Just. Plain. Not. Fun. Try CREEPY. I went to juice island to get lunch for my dad and me. I ran into Caitlin again and talked to her until my food was ready. I also remember that my mom was not in the best of moods and was taking it out on everyone. But I guess we all do that.

Friday morning I went to the matinee showing of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with Jackie and Lisa. We had quite the time. Afterwards I drove them to subway. Jackie cracks me up and I love her for it. I dropped Lisa off at Kohl’s because her mom was shopping there. It was really good to seem them again. Its times like these I miss high school. After I got home my dad and I immediately left again for Palmdale. The gas! Won’t somebody please think of the gas I wasted! Lol seriously though. My dad took me clothes shopping with him. But I was able to replenish my hair care products, therefore making the trip worth it. Plus we got coffee. We went by the gas station/dairy where Natalie’s brother, Eric, works. Well we get some guy, not Eric obviously. But the thing was, this guy was totally, unapologetically, checking me out. In front of my dad no less! Men today, I swear. We had Oriental food for dinner. Yummy! My third favorite type of food :-)
