HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Hope everyone had a blast for New Years. I went to the Hard Rock Casino and resort in Ft. Lauderdale. That place kicks ass.
This year I had thought I would just stay at home. But, under a lot of pressure from my sis and parents I decided to go down to Ft. Lauderdale. Mainly just so they would shut up..
However sappy and lame this sounds does not realy matter. I feel New Years has become such a couple thing. Maybe its just me. And I realy did not want to be reminded at the start of another year, that Im single..
So I sucked it up and went. And only for a brief moment at midnight when everyone is hugging and kissing did that "oh alone feeling" hit. I suppose thats why we have alchohol. And even with that I had to be conservative, I was however the "DD".
Still, I did have a good time. And the resort is worth another visit, Someday.
As for now, its packing and getting ready for the road again. My lease is up in Febuary and as of now my plan is to close the apartment and put everything in storage. That will save over a thousand dollars a month. And considering that I'm planning on buying a house by years end, that extra cash will come in handy.
