You know what I like about this place? Aside from the rusty deck, the bad wiring and the potentially flesh eating ghouls creeping about out there?
No internet. No McDonalds. You've got TV's, but they don't pick anything up. Just books, beasts, and other people. It's a good way for the world to be.
Makes me sound old, talking this way, doesn't it? It's like this place has no time. No context. None of the things I hate about today are getting through, but that still doesn't make it yesterday.
Funny way to live. I expect the novelty'll wear off soon enough.
