Taking a boat ride on Lake Mamie. These lakes were formed at a moraine of a past glacier
Babiche: Rawhide strips, most commonly cut from moose hide, that are used to keep body and soul together when nails won't work. Good for making lean-tos, snowshoes, even fishing nets. And, if you're really, really, really hungry, you can boil it to make--yuk!--soup
