1. How many hours a day/night do you usually sleep? My sleeping schedule is all over the place and not consistent. I’d say maybe 6-8. 2. What do you do when you can't sleep? Listen to my Rain Rain app or really soothing music, or fall asleep to the TV because it distracts me from my thoughts. I don’t prefer to take melatonin because it gives me the worst dreams but I’ll sometimes do that too. Practice breathing exercises. 3. How often do you devote time to just thinking about something? Constantly lol. 4. If you had to choose one person to never talk to again, who would you choose? Hmm I’m really not sure. 5. If you had to choose one person, NOT your significant other, who you would speak to every day for the rest of your life, who would you choose? I can only choose one?!? Holy moly. Maybe my brother.
