Today at work a volunteer was on a stool straightening the shelves, when all of a sudden I heard this huge crash and heard books falling over. I asked if she was alright, and a customer was like "no, she's not alright!" and showed me the bleeding gash on the back of her head!! D: D: Me and Holly were freaking out and getting ice for her and telling her to call her dad and stuff (she's autistic, so we have to help her a little sometimes). Meanwhile, she was literally ZERO percent concerned or scared. If I had just fallen off a stool and was bleeding, I'd be rather shocked, but she was so calm, which made us wonder if something like that had happened to her before. I was helping customers while trying to help her too, which was kinda stressful lol, but her dad picked her up soon after..I hope she's ok!! I was like "I bet you weren't expecting THAT today" and she cheerfully said "NOPE" haha. I'm still amazed at how calm she was lol
