Looking for team out of town for a case
Hi.
The team headed out of town and for some reason Tony had to come later. there were no rooms left in the town because of some event and no one would share with Tony so he slept in his car.
Tony overhears Gibbs telling a friend who is in the town what a pain in the ass Tony is.
The friend is a shrink and can't understand why Gibbs keeps Tony around.
Eventually Gibbs admits that Tony is a good agent to the shrink.
