Well, it seems I have not updated my journal in a while, and I intend to fix that here and now. After seeing all of the summer blockbusters (that I know of, or consider a blockbuster), which include X2, The Matrix: Reloaded, The Hulk, and T3, I have come to a conclusion. T3 was very disappointing. I mean, my friend and I missed like the first two minutes or something, but the enemy TX (a female, I might add) never got naked. Hell, at this point I would have settled for some back nudity. I mean, we were forced to see Arnie's ass, but not TX's? This all works out since the TX is not too hot. The plot makes a sufficient lack of sense, and it included explosions and neat things like that, but it just wasn't the same. I mean, I despise James Cameron for Titanic, but he did a nice job with T2. When the metal terminator stabbed John Connor's foster father through the milk carton, that was a classic scene. There were a few other amazing scenes including when the T-1000 pretended to be the floor, or when he oozed through the locked barred door, and his gun stuck. The Hulk was amazing, with some (Ok, we saw that coming) scenes to some (What the hell just happened) scenes. As a whole, it was bloody fantastic. Ok, I still have not seen The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, if you want to consider that a blockbuster. The conclusion I have made? Everyone in the country should be forced to watch Samurai Jack.
