On October 17, 1970 Graham Spry, journalist, diplomat and political activist, was interviewed by the CBC. Born in 1900, Spry believed we were entering a new era of communication, although he admitted he didn't really understand computers. Still, he saw them as being as big a business as 'the motor car', and believed there would be both home terminals and 'consumer information networks'.
