Geez, schneeble got me going this morning. I generally don't like quotes, but I'm not particularly articulate enough to avoid having to use them.

I've been on an obsessive streak about correcting people that think we were founded as a democracy. We weren't, we are suppossedly a republic... big difference. If someone disagrees with me then I'd like them

I guess we're in the apathy stage of Tyler's model. At this rate individual liberty will be compltely stamped out in the U.S. by the time we reach our 80s. What kind of fascism do you think we'll have to endure? Communism? Compulsory Consumerism? Police State? On any given day it seems like one or all of those is/are looming off on the not-too distant horizon.
