I don't know the whole story, but I believe that little clip is from a levis commercial. I've seen that puppet thing in a few things, a commerical for Es shoes, the levis one, and it was in a music video, Mr. Ozio - Flat Beat (I have it on my computer if you want me to send it).

Ok, did some searching. The puppet's name is Flat Eric, and it was first used for Levis. (and it's Mr. Oizo, I type too fast sometimes).
