Sebastian Han is the director of the film. He's also a Tale, and has a tendency to be a little... well, grumpy.

It seems that being made from stories makes everyone high strung. I do not understand it.

Perhaps part of him is also a fairy? That he was once a woman would make most men shamed enough to anger and overcompensation.

I think he was the (one of the? I should really read those books someday) Wicked Witch, from the Oz stories. I've never asked him, but I could swear that it's come up on the Compendiums.
