fun fun fun
woah. fun things have been happening. this was such an awesome way to start summer. Actually, saturday was really the best. after a bit of delay, i was on my way to six flags with ahmad, asad, fatima, and a bunch of her friends. the drive there was surprisingly enjoyable. we saw this sign in the city for rugs that said "Say no to drugs, Say yes to RUGS!" i dont know we laughed so hard. oh, and some truck that sold, pork, beef, poultry, and provisions. whatever the hell provision meat is, i dont like the sound of it.
so, fun car ride, yes, we get to six flags. pay for parking, and walk to the gate. it's hispanic pride day, our coke cans aren't valid because it's saturday, and it's sooo crowded. so, being easy-going people, we decide to hish-tail it outta there. fatima calls up TK (?) who lives in jersey and tells us about this place called point pleasant. ok, away we go. much much confusion getting there, we somehow end up at seaside heights. ya, the place mtv went a few summers ago or something. well, this place is so awesome. we went through the town first and some people bought bathingsuit things. ahmad and i found a nice little antique shop and an awesome old-school bike shop. ya, so from there we hit up the beach. that was surprisingly a lot of fun, seeing as i dont like the beach. fatima got thrown in, i think asad got thrown in. i think me and ahmad were the only dry ones left. woo! umm, we burried asad and gave him nice boobies. they all dried off and we mosied over to the board walk. nice shops, yes. fatima was excited because she got her exciting ride afterall. there was the steel cage ball with bungies on it and it flies in the air and spins and crap. scary shit. she loved it and got a free second ride bc its her birthday. we got some delicious boardwalk food (crazy chicken kabobs) and FRIED OREOS! they were soooo delicious. it's hot, sweet, melty, and crispy. my word, i loved it all. i ate 4 of them, and they caught up with me later. by this time, it was like 10:30 and in south jersey. we thought we should head home. the 2 cars parted ways, and we were off. i really only remember being nauseous then falling asleep on ahmad. i was out for about an hour, then he fell asleep on me for a while. got home 1:30ish.
i know this whole thing doesnt sound like much fun, but i had a great time with some very cool people. this entry is really for me to look back on in a while and go "oooh yeah..."
