Today I made bread;
This is probably the third time I've made the Internets-famous
No Knead Bread, and each time I made it I wonder why I don't make it every weekend - it's that fucking simple. No, really, it's the easiest thing in the world to make. It just takes time.
It's probably not as good as, say, homemade ciabatta or sourdough would be, but I don't have three days to baby some dough with my chalk-like RSI wrists pummelling that dough into next week. This bread is super easy, super cheap and super delicious...really.
Today I also made my famous and delicious and time consuming vegetarian lasagna, and am about to go bake some cajun red snapper (a nostalgia-fish from my childhood) over onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes, red capsicums and garden herbs, with olive oil, butter, and lemon juice. O, and Trader Joe's goat's milk brie ($2.49, thank you very fucking much and please have my babies Trader Joe's) is utterly, udderly delicious.
I also tried sewing today, but my domesticity bubble popped so I killed some hobos instead.
P.S. I wish I had Season 3's It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia here...because I'm now addicted to the damn show.
(Big thanks to The Husband for the lovely photos of mah bread!)
