PANDEMONIUM
Okay, so this Cards losing streak has been just awful. I usually stop following them around September, when normally the Cards have the division locked up. These last few games have been excruciating...
But tonight, Cards are down 2-1 to the Pads, about to drop yet another. I felt deflated after TJ's wild pitch scored the go-ahead run. Deflated a little bit more when Duncan struck out. But Pujols came up. Thinking quickly, I said out loud "I need to put on my Cards hat." It was literally just touching my scalp when Pujols went yard. Unbelievable.
I still believe.
And it should be mentioned that my giant hair makes this hat look ridiculous.
