I didn't read any posts about it yet, so I guess I'm the first one to spread the good news. I finally got my order, customs was being difficult about it... I ordered "Chow Mein Noodle" and "Wiggly Harris" and as is said, the CD is great, but I think "Wiggly Harris" is better! Giuseppe shows it all, not once, not twice, but several times! Let's say

Me too. (afford them) they are so expensive in Australian dollars (damn it) I would own them all if they were the same price as you lucky american folk pay but alas...

Have you ever thought about selling cheaper bootlegs ?
Yeah i know that sounds slack as we should be surporting him and all, but as i said above there is just no way i could afford them, I just desperately want to see/hear his art.

Same here.. after conversion (US>Canadian) his movies cost a bundle. I wish there were cheaper bootlegs because I've been dying to see some of his films for the longest time too :(

I wish I could, but it's going to be very difficult.
The only place I know that transfers VHS to DVD asks 20€ for each hour, so to put the whole movie on DVD to make some screencaps would cost me 40€, which is more than the movie itself. And I don't have the equipment to take images from the VHS tape...
It's a bit of a dilemma for me, since I would like to have it on DVD (it lasts longer than VHS *wink*) but I don't have the money right now either. And even though putting some images on the internet could be considered more as publicity for his work than robbing him, it still doesn't feel very right. I might sound like Uncle Scrooge *lowers her eyes and looks very ashamed*, but I had to save up some money too before I could order it...
Damn, really though choice. You know what, I'll see what I can do, I'll try to post some screencaps, but it might take me a while. (Christmas is a good financial period...) So hang in there with me!

Well if you can get around to doing it then we'd all greatly appreciate it. But if you can't then don't worry about it at all.. completely understandable. I think I would feel the same way if I was in your position :)
