Kate (shoe_in_goo) turned me on to Flight of the Conchords some months ago, and seriously, it is so hilarious. It's basically two guys who call themselves "Formerly New Zealand's fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo" (having been bumped by a tribute band of themselves, Like of the Conchords).
