what a wonderful weekend :)
last weekend i went to mercy hot springs with rebecca. it was soooooooooo relaxing and soooooooo much fun. it was my first time doing a bunch of stuff:
-my first time camping without my family
-my first time seeing a shooting star (i saw a grand total of 7)
-my first time seeing a planet...other than earth (mars...through a telescope too)
it was soooooooooo nice. and...i have soooo many pics...but i tried to put them up last night...and like...there's sooo many that...my computer froze. so...i dunno what i'm gonna do about that. haha. but...a lot of the pics are on myspace so yeah. anywayy...the hot springs place was seriously in the middle of no where. and you would have never guessed that it was a hot springs place. but it was sooo nice...and it was such a memorable experience. rebecca and i shared a tent with teresa and amelia. teresa is a foreign exchange student from singapore and amelia is also from cowell. so yeah they were really cool and sweet.
anyway...most of the weekend...i just soaked in the hot tub for hourssss...it was soooooo relaxing :) i loved it...it's so easy to just...soak in there and waste away the day. and the weather was great. and at night...the sky was soooooooo clear it was amazing. and...i made the best salsa in the world :) it's sooo yummy. i wanna make it again...mmm....yummy :)
and we had a campfire and made smores. and it was soooo good. and we all sat there and told jokes and stuff. the only bad part was that smoke got into my eyes like...the whole time :( and after...we watched the stars while soaking and saw the five million shooting stars :) yeah...there were like 500 million stars and...a full moon...if you catch my drift :( ....but other than that it was sooo pretty...i dunno...words can't describe how beautiful it was...so...too bad for you haha.
the next day...we soaked a little more in the morning and i took a shower...and...the pressure from the shower was so high...it felt like it was attacking me :( and then me and rebecca went exploring and we visited the cows. and we also saw from rabbits and a tarantula. it was soooooooo awesomeee i've never seen a tarantula just out there...not in a cage. it was realllllyyy cool :)
and then we came back...and watched kelly and justin play mixed doubles for their tennis tournament. it was really fun even though we were freezing. haha...we were dancing and doing moves from hitch and we did escalators and trains haha it was really fun :) and thennn...we came back...and becca, keshia, kristen and i were sitting at the dining table doing homework...and all of us couldn't concentrate...so we were like: screw this!! let's DANCE! hahaha so...we had a dance party in our living room went on the furniture and just DANCED hahaha...it was soooo much fun :) and kristen was freakin the window...and some guy from outside was looking at her hahaha
yeah...my weekend was really swell :) but...now i have to study for my chem midterm...and thennn i'm going back to alhambra where i'll get to see shmiennn and company :) horray
