Weekend update. Of sorts.
It's been raining for the past few days, and unseasonably cold. Honestly, crossing the bridge to my neighborhood, it seemed more like the Seine in Paris than the Tiber.
I've got to start researching in earnest this week. Heading up to the American Academy to use their mighty and powerful library.
In the meantime today, I'm going to get out and traipse the city, maybe go check out those dead Capuchin monks I posted about earlier. I found a great Irish place on Friday night -- sat there drinking pints in a Kiss shirt, eating, of all things, bacon cheese nachos -- so I may end up grabbing a few later as the day develops.
I forgot how much I loved Rome. I'm glad I am here.
