xxxHolic and Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicle
Wow.
WOW.
I am just... stunned. Beyond stunned. IN fact, I am SO blown away, I can only say this:
Character development= Brilliantly perfect.
Plot= Brilliant perfect
Spiritual Accuracy = Brilliantly perfect
By far, these two series [Tsubasa in here as well] has to be one of the most flawless stories I have read in a LONG time. The interconnection between the two stories are as well amazing. The preplanning, the execution, and even the LACK of drawing on and on [the story] until it has become pointless and dead- all these things prove just how cleaver, intelligent, and masters of their craft CLAMP is.
Not only will I be suggesting and advising these series to all my fellow story-lovers, but I will also advise to read them coinciding (as intended).
And damn, I THOUGHT it was odd that Watanuki- who always "goes home" at the end of the day, ends up waking up in Yuuko-san's house... even when he WASN'T wounded. And that was like, 40+ chapters ago! Good-eye to me on that one!
